To delete one of your payment methods, you will have to contact our Ride On Miami support team at email@example.com and request the credit card to be removed. You can also ’Report a problem’ from the Payment area of your account if you need help deleting a payment method or have any problems.
Don't forget to include the last four digits of the card you want to delete, but please do not provide any other confidential information (eg. the security number.)
Note that if you have an open trip, dock or bike booking you have to keep at least one active payment method on your account otherwise your booking will be cancelled. If you don’t have any payment method saved, you won’t be able to open trips or make bookings until a valid payment method is added.
