It’s really important that the Physical KeyCard is not put into the kiosk for any reason as it may get stuck.

If it does get stuck in error, then please contact our Customer Service and provide us with the email address on your account, the kiosk number and what time the problem occurred. 

We will make every effort to retrieve your KeyCard and if successful, will keep it in our Miami office so you can collect. We’ll then let you know when you can collect it during office hours.
