Please let us know through the Ride On US app or the rideonmiami.com website, if you have lost or someone has stolen your KeyCard. 


In the My Account section, you’ll see the option “I’ve lost my KeyCard”. Once you complete this section, your KeyCard will be blocked so no one will be able to open a trip or make a booking with it. If you suspect that another person has been using your KeyCard, please call Customer Services as soon as possible. 


If you want to keep using your active plan, you will need to request a new KeyCard through the Ride On US app or the rideonmiami.com website. Once you complete the request form in the My Account section, we’ll send you a new pick up code so you’ll be able to get a replacement KeyCard at any of our kiosks.
