There can be a number of reasons which may stop you from opening a trip. These can include: balance being due, a trip is already open, Bluetooth has not been enabled on your device or your plan may have expired. You will be able to see the reason on the Ride On US app when you tap on the Open Trip button. 


If you have Bluetooth enabled and the dock doesn’t release the e-bike for a connection problem, try another dock and if there is still a problem, please send an email to support@rideonmiami.com stating the dock number and giving as much details as possible about the problem you are having.
